The unique infill site of Albany Bulb that is home to a transient and vagabond artist population and a favorite park among east bay residents creates a dynamic environment for a film art center. Unfolding from the ground as though it is part of the concrete infill, this center provides an exhibition space, 50 seat theatre, three artist residences and a workspace.
